If the pool is closed for renovation, post it on the website. We would have stayed somewhere else. My service score isn’t for the housekeeping staff because they were great. It stems from not being allowed a 30 minute late check out even after explaining our car had broke down and our ride was on his way. We will stay at a Comfort Inn or a Quality Inn next time we’re in town.
We arrived today, the staff was disgustingly rude, the rooms are nasty, I can’t believe the team chose this hotel, never coming back here.
This property will gladly accept your money, but the momemt you try to make a cancellation due to a medical emergency, communication from the property becomes non-existent. I'm not even upset that I didn't receive a refund. I'm upset this property refused to communicate with me and blocked my review in regard to the lack of ANY communication on a booking website.
