This places rooms could use some updates. Was fine otherwise. Located near plenty of places to grab a meal.
Our hotel room wasn't the best. The refrigerator didn't work, and our medicine got hot. We went down to reception 3 times, and the short lady with the short, gold, slicked-down wavy hair said that they couldn't do anything since the maintenance wasn't there. We asked to switch rooms, but she denied that. So my husband had to fix it himself so that the medicine wouldn't go bad. The hotel’s super run-down, definitely the worst Hyatt I’ve ever stayed at, especially when it comes to the facilities and rooms. That said, the service was awesome, especially Bridgitte (hoping I spelled her name right). She’s always smiling, super sweet, and happy to help. When we got our room, we noticed the fridge was leaking a ton of water, so she quickly switched us to another room with a working one.
