stained carpets on multiple rooms and hallways. musty smell in some rooms. water coming from bathroom light fixture. decent breakfast buffet.
The staff was very friendly and kind. The rooms were old, outdated, and not very clean. The lobby and hallways smelled of old cigarette smoke, and the room had a foul, stale water smell. We have stayed at several Hyatts, and this one was by far the worst in terms of condition. The location is great, but there are newer hotels in the area that I would recommend. I would have given the hotel a one-star rating, but the staff was too friendly for that.
Very nice room. Clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast.
Great room, slightly about average service, and the breakfast was great. Overall is was a pleasant stay.
