The hotel was in a great location, close to everything in Lakeland. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was amazing, especially the front desk employee Pamala she was the best! She went above and beyond for us, definitely will be back.
Hotel staff were welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.
The Entire Staff was above and beyond friendly and accommodating. One of two elevators was not working so there was some wait time, however the staffs kindness and care for their guests made the inconvenience small
