We stayed here for one night while visiting Bonnet Springs Park for a staycation to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, and our experience was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is in a perfect location—just 5 minutes from Bonnet Springs and close to everything. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of hot options that were constantly refilled. Joe who is a bartender and front desk personnel is above and beyond with his customer service and hospitality. The establishment is better because of his work.
Me and my son had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job throughout my visit. The pool area was safe, clean, and always stocked with plenty of fresh towels. The daily breakfast was great, with a good variety of options that I enjoyed each morning. My stay was good overall minus the ice machines being out of order and the one elevator with issues that caused my family to get trapped inside momentarily. Thank you to gentleman in sunglasses at the desk and I apologize I forgot your name but he was fabulous! We just chatted away after checkin and a glass of wine truly making it feel like family away from home! Truly wonderful service!
Always great experience at a Hyatt Place . The cook staff were excellent. Made me a fresh salad that was fresh and delicious.
