The room was clean and spacious. The staff were wonderful and the location was fantastic! Close enough to downtown that you can enjoy the night life without having to drive but far enough away that it was quiet for restful sleep

Nice hotel in a good location that is walkable to downtown. I like to stay here regularly for work, but they recently started charging $10 for parking. Unfortunately, that’s a dealbreaker, and I won’t be back. Charging for parking in Lakeland is rather ridiculous, especially when the Springhill next door still offers free parking for guests.

Thank you to the guy with the sunglasses for making our stay awesome and bringing us items as many times as we asked him, sorry XD. This is one of the friendliest hotels me and my wife have ever stayed at! All the staff was pleasant and the room was clean. The location is convenient being off of the main road in Downtown. We'll be back again.

Rooms just smelled, had to switch the first room because of the odor and 2nd room wasn't that much better, definitely could use a shampoo as it seemed like it was coming from the carpet.
