Our family had a great experience. The moment we walked in we were greated by Rocielle who also checked us in. She told us about the area and different dining options. There's also a free shuttle that picks you up at the front door and takes you downtown. Parking is $10 a night at the hotel. The room was clean and bright. The beds were comfortable. I love this place so much walking downtown very pretty and the breakfast too good if ur handi cap please I dont recommend sleeping here on the 1st floor I hear the elevator ringing alot I hear stomping talking alot and I hear music I pulled a all nighter of it and the ac it keeps becoming hot then very cold like someone had the same issue ive been going to this hotel for 3 years

had such a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Place Lakeland! The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was so kind. One of the highlights was definitely the complimentary breakfast. Everything was delicious, especially the French toast, crispy hash browns, fresh bananas, and the donut holes.
