I am a Globalist and stayed here last week and the front desk guy Yash was rude. I could not even understand what he was saying. I observed him on several occasions giving people walking through the lobby free items from the gift shop which I am sure is costing Hyatt dearly. The front desk lady Amanda was very professional upon checkout. I wont stay here again though because my room smelled like raw sewage and the front desk guy Yash would not switch my room . Don’t stay here it’s substandard.

Hyatt Globalist perspective: Hotel is sub-par overall. Yes, it was recently renovated and the rooms appear nice. However, lots of minor issues indicate management is implementing cost-savings and ignoring the details. Cons: room had a totally loose sink faucet, as if a plumber never actually tightened down the retaining nut. Bed was far too firm and super uncomfortable. As a Hyatt Globalist who clocks in 80+ nights a year for business travel, and as of February 12th already has 23 Qualifying Nights under his belt… was surprised when he received zero housekeeping services for two (2) days in a row, despite requesting daily service upon check-in (and verifying with the front desk staff that it did indeed state that daily housekeeping was requested).
