Madison, Corey, and Jenny were absolutely amazing and took care of us. Absolutely amazing stay. I will definitely stay here everytime I come here.
Room was cleaned after 3p. Went 1 day without any service. The next day I requested fresh towels which had to be brought back because they were waiting on clean ones. While I was out they left me 2 bath towels. I'm guessing the hand and wash clothes still weren't clean.
The worst Hyatt I have stayed in….broken furniture, non caring staff attitude, dirty carpet and rooms, really skimpy breakfast even by American hotel standards….the list is long. This property needs a deep hard look by corporate.
Rooms were nice and clean Staff was friendly Breakfast was always good and fresh
The room was quite dirty, no new rolls of toilet paper, the soap containers were empty. My son was running around for a short time and his feet were black
