This is an excellent traveler hotel, it’s in a business district area ( not near a lot of amenities, but we were not looking for any). We felt super safe and did worry about our car. The rooms were clean and the customer service at both check in and out was excellent. Would highly recommend for solo female traveler.
Do not book. They are not flexible at all with their cancellation policy. We are traveling with our child and plans changed as they do. The hotel manager refused to give a refund or lower the cancellation fee.
We are traveling with a 1 year old and had some changes to our trip. They refused to waive the cancellation charge. We would have even been fine with a small cancellation fee, but they wanted to charge the entire night. Do not book this hotel.
Do not stay at this property. Due to a computer error, I was never properly checked in. When I returned after a full day of work, I discovered that hotel staff had entered my room, removed my belongings, and locked me out. I was then charged for a night I did not stay at the hotel. Because there were no available rooms to correct the situation, I was forced to find another hotel at additional expense and inconvenience. We stayed here while we were in town for a wedding. We stayed days. It was a great location. They air conditioners was leaking due to a full drip pan. They fixed it with in minutes of reporting it. The staff was friendly and attentive.
