stayed 1 night. Room was ok. Bathroom where sup par. Shower head was terrible, wall paper peeling, exhaust fan sounded like a freight train trying to explode. There was only 2 towels in the room. When I requested more the front desk lady was very nice but took about 10 minutes to go find 2 more towels. Breakfast was ok. The problem was that the young man that was the breakfast attendant was to busy setting at the bar area and not ensuring items where being refilled. Coffee ran out while he was watching tv. Beds were VERY comfortable and the double queen/sofa bed room had loads of space. The pool was sanitized well, but could have been skimmed better, as there were multiple hairballs/toys/wrappers I fished out. Our room didn't have any towels and only half a roll of TP, but the staff was fast and kind when providing them. The breakfast was adequate, but nothing to write home about. Do not stay here. Location is nice, as it's in Madison near shopping and restaurants. But the entire hotel smells bad, from the parking lot to the lobby to the hallways to the rooms. Nothing is clean, including the elevators and bed linens. Would not ever stay here again, even for one night.
