I have stayed here a bunch of times and also recommended for coworkers to stay here but the property has really gone down hill. The location is great but the maintenance has not been kept up. Also, the rooms facing the highway are loud, if only they had real curtains it would help but only the holes remain, those are a thing of the past.
Should be zero stars. Air conditioner did not work properly took 3 hours to get a new room. No shower gel in the bathroom. Guests are required to go to the front desk to pick up your shower gel the excuse they give is the front desk clerk is the only person on the property and this was at 7 PM No manager on property. No manager on call. I have turned this over to my attorney to bring before the appropriate people. If Hyatt is aware of this and then they condone it. Well.
Convenient to my destination and the interstate. Greeted warmly and with good humor given the lateness of the hour. The kitchen was about to close and the hostess slid in my order under the wire. Greatly appreciated to all!
Had an absolutely wonderful stay. Ken and Reese were fantastic and we cannot wait to visit again. Made us feel right at home.
