Concerns Regarding My Stay at Hyatt Place I would like to summarize the issues I experienced during my recent stay, grouped by category for clarity. Cleanliness & Maintenance * The room floor had dust, small stones, and debris, indicating insufficient cleaning. * Housekeeping service was unsatisfactory; cleaning occurred only every four days after I requested it, and the quality was not thorough. * The air conditioner was very noisy, affecting sleep quality. * There was a continuous water leak from the sink area. This place needs renovations. We didn’t get the room we booked ahead of time. Ended up with 1 king size instead of two queens. Hardwood flooring looks and feels like it’s never been mopped. Mold on calling where we sleep at with our kids. We got her later at night so we didn’t want to leave and change hotel. It was very disappointing stay for us. The AC is loud when it kicks on and it does not cancel noise from the highway.
Very clean, very professional and organized. Mrs. Felicia at the front desk worked very hard to ensure our stay was pleasant. Thank you again Felicia!
The Pool is freaking ridiculously cold, it said heated pool !!!!!!!!!!! FIX THE HEATER. It is too cold.
