Great Hotel, better staff
Not very impressive...stayed there on a sold out night. The hotel had a single person working the front desk, bar, laundry and anything extra that guests may need...all while trying to get school work done on her laptop. Clearly your staffing model is BROKEN! Check in process was equally confusing for the gentleman working the front desk. I'll stick with Marriott properties from here on out! Stayed here for a night, the room was new and spotless. My dad lost his translator in the room when we checked out, Arthur at the front desk went above and beyond. He called us, ensured it was the correct device, and helped us arrange for it to be shipped back to us!
