Convenient walking distance to TWU. Very clean and quiet. Nice breakfast. Nice hotel layout. Different elevator to parking garage. Covered garage- parking is added to your room.

Update: Unfortunately probably the worst stay with a Hyatt hotel, and very disappointing. Booked a room at high floors with remarkable city views. Well, the view was indeed remarkable as I was staring into a wall. Additionally, the room was extremely dated. The window has single pane glass, and actually couldn’t close all the way, so the noise was like staying on the street. I had deliberately booked a quiet room on a high floor to get some sleep, but alas not so. Complaining at the hotel seemed like a nuisance. I was offere... read more

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. The location was convenient, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. There is also parking available nearby for $20 per night, which was convenient. Overall, it was a great experience and good value for the price. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
