We arrived at 5pm and were told our rooms weren’t ready—well past the standard check-in time. While waiting, we discovered that members of the cleaning staff were smoking weed in a guest room on the 4th floor. The smell carried throughout the hotel. In our room, the bathroom faucet barely produced a trickle of water, and the shower drain was broken. This place could be nice with proper management, but as it stands, it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Avoid.
TLDR: GUEST SAFETY NOT IMPORTANT. Vehemently rude night staff (Cobi and Rodney) not only refused to act and protect guest safety and remove dangerous dogs and negligent pet owners that caused an incident requiring emergent medical help, but also insulted, laughed at and shouted at us. My husband check in was super delayed from 3 pm until 430 pm. But other than that all was well!!
The front desk staff was great, but the cleaning staff was not friendly and had attitudes when you asked for something. Breakfast was a no-no for me, the sausage looked like it was not done and the eggs looked very plain.
