I stayed at the hotel for multiple nights for the first time and was disappointed that my room was missed by housekeeping on some days, and fresh towels were not provided consistently. In room 201, the bathroom light on the left side of the mirror was out, and there appeared to be a bleach stain on the chair. If you want a great hotel to stay in the downtown Greensboro area, this is it! The customer service was impeccable, the hotel is close to everything downtown, and the hotel is very clean. I definitely will be back to this hotel

This location is very nice. My room was spacious and very clean. Staff was courteous and attentive. Breakfast the following morning was delicious and well stocked. I would highly recommend this location. Parking was good/secure. I will point out that it is right beside the baseball field, so I am sure during a game, it might be very busy.
