First time staying here. I do stay in the area every year for a show we are in at the Greensboro complex. First, the light switch didn’t work when we entered. Second, the Tv only had 10 channels (cable) most of which are all sports channels that are prerecorded. There is no channel guide on the tv. There’s no espn or sport center. Third, the rooms have the worst lay out. Our bathroom is about 3 feet from our bed. Also, the thermostat on the wall doesn’t work. You have to control it from the window unit. I had an excellent stay at this Hyatt location. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. Although the property is one of the older Hyatt locations, it’s clearly well managed and maintained. My room was very clean and I experienced no issues. If your are traveling for business or with family the hotel’s location is especially convenient—close to the interstate, the airport, and a wide variety of restaurants. I’m currently on hold for 10+ minutes trying to save a reservation for tonight I made over 2 weeks ago. They changed the reservation for 6 rooms I booked without telling me… even though I called to confirm the reservation earlier today. I was assured my reservation was as listed. They promised they would call if problems arose. Now I don’t trust them.

Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Greensboro. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was extremely friendly, and the breakfast was fresh and well organized. Great location and very comfortable—would definitely stay again
