It's cheap, allows dogs and is close to where I needed to be. That's where the pros end. As for the cons: The room layout is strange (why is my bathroom sink outside the bathroom and why is the bathroom on an outside wall?,) TV is in an odd and inconvenient location, elevator smelled like cigarette smoke and there's an inch gap under the doorway leading into the room allowing me to hear literally everything outside the door. The hotel is nice and clean but the beds were extremely uncomfortable and my kids couldn't use the pool because is was ice cold. On the plus side, our room faced a small patch of woods that had lots of deer in it that the kids loved.
The rooms are nice. The location next to the hospital is great! Front desk is always nice. However, I don't know if I just always come at bad times but the pool isn't heated. That's why I book here is for the pool and the last couple times, it's been too cold to get into. So I only gave 3 stars for that. That's why I book is for a pool. Very disappointing.
Did not have daily waters until second day, thermostat was stuck on heat (when room was at 78 and target was much lower) and not responding to changes in settings, cold in lobby, breakfast was about what you would expect from Hyatt Place, room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly, location was perfect.
