Exceptional! I was handed two water bottles, given suggestions where to park my car overnight in downtown without payment, and a staff member carried my belongings to my room. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bed is quite comfortable. And the best part? The hotel is close to Central Florida’s cave system and freshwater springs!
One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The amount of noise in the room from outside is unreal. I should have known I would be in for a sub par experience when I noticed the receptionist standing there with her finger in her mouth. I inquired with the receptionist who had her finger in her mouth about a quieter side of the hotel since I was traveling with my young son and was reassured my upgraded room was quiet, What a joke. I do not recommend.
This is a great hotel! We have stayed here for many years and loved our stay. This year was different…3 block walk for free parking. No on-site parking but the hotel has always had valet. The lack of valet without on-site parking is a deal breaker for me. Walking 3 blocks with homeless sleeping everywhere including just outside the front door of the hotel!!! HOTEL STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE!!! So sad that corporate have let them down.
