Not a good hotel to stay at to be honest. The reception and staff were pretty nice and friendlybut the hotel management really needs to invest in improving the overall quality. The building and rooms are old, the shower was outdated, the bathroom fan was pretty noisy, the bed was uncomfortable and the AC was also quite noisy. The elevator was old, slow, and noisy as well. Internet speed is a bit slow in the room. El internet es un poco lento, pero el servicio es excelente y el personal es muy amable. El desayuno está bien, aunque el comedor es un poco pequeño.
Super big room and pretty quiet even at first floor
The rooms are not well kept. I've used Hyatt in the past and expected better.
