Amazing staff super friendly and breakfast is always spot on.
I have to give a bad review for this location. This might be a general Hyatt issue. We arrived late because our flight was severely delayed so we didn’t arrive until 2:00am. When we got to the location the staff member at the front desk was running an audit so the system was going to be down for 30 minutes. With that the staff member could not check us in to our room. We waited in the lobby at 2:00am for a very long time before we received our room keys because the system was down for an audit. This is ridiculous! Hyatt need... read more
