Very disappointed with my experience at Hyatt Place. The front desk staff member was extremely rude and dismissive. I politely asked if I could see a room before making a reservation, but she refused and stated that it was the hotel’s policy not to show rooms before booking. While I understand that hotels may have policies, there is a professional and courteous way to communicate them. Friendly staff and nice rooms. The staff were kind enough to retrieve my sourdough starter from the room’s fridge and keep it at the front desk until I was able to pick it up after I called them 😂. This hotel is a great value!
