This property is a case study in poor management. Our room had a dead roach in the doorway of the closet, the toilet leaks at the base and customer service is not customer focus and fails to respond effectively to resolve any of the issues when specifically raise. I expect more Hyatt.

Only leaving this review to give kudos to Helen from the front desk. She is beyond accommodating, pleasant and comforting. If I find the need to stay in the area, I can guarantee I will ensure that I stay here with the hopes Helen will be here to greet me. Can only expect that management and the company, as an whole, understand the gift they have in her employment.

The rooms look like they were run down and patched up. I’m always looking forward to pools at hotels and this one was cloudy with black spots floating all around. No umbrellas for any kind of shade either. We didn’t even get to swim because I was worried my kids would get ear infections from that water. I’m upset we spent over $100 for the quality of this place.

Hyatt place in Hurst Texas is not a good place to stay, the location is the only reason it thrives, even on Wednesdays. But why is Hyatt Place not worth it? Their renovations haven't fixed any of the problems that persist. Room 613, and possibly more, have major television problems. Many of the major channels are either audio only or have no signal. Many rooms have lights not plugged in, or won't work. The elevators have major problems. A hole was recently fixed in one. Ac's on exist in rooms and either feel colder or warmer... read more
