This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I asked for ADA complaint room but, the room had the rails. But absolutely no shower chair. Also, I fell at their hotel. In which my tailbone is broken. The manager accused me of fake failing. Not only that completely false accusations were made by me. Something that was not true at all. Then I was forcibly removed from the hotel, by Hurst PD. Because I spoke up about me falling. The manager is not a good manager or person at all. This hotel did not meet expectations at all. I was double charged for my room and told the front desk was handling it and the money would be returned when we left. It took two week and me calling hyatt corp. Inorder for me to be refunded. The rooms were entirely to expensive to have to go through that. The room we had was on the 6th floor I believe 609 and it smelt like a thick layer or mildew was coating our floor. There were obvious signs of water damage in our door way. And throughout the hotel. Check in was fantastic thanks to Star! The room was great. Food was great. Absolutely loved our stay and my wife and I will be back for sure.
