Roach infested and filthy
Disgusting!!!! Our baseball team is staying here for a tournament. Never again…2 teammates have cockroaches in their room…mine smells terrible and has wet spots on the carpet, chipped furniture, and black spots all over the carpets. Cannot believe this was listed as a place to stay for the tournament. Pictures versus reality of hotel do not hatch up. Stay away.
1st I was given keys to an occupied room 2nd I was given a different room, when I reached the room the door was wide open, being held open by a bath towel. 3rd The hallway floors were dirty. 4thThe elevator was filthy 5th The parking lot and building was very poorly lit, it looked like the hotel was closed at first glance Very disappointed in Hyatt I cancelled my reservation and went to a Hilton
