The customer service and breakfast were amazing. However, the rooms are a bit dated they could use remodeling.
First of all, I travel all the time for medical appointments, work, and personal. This hotel has issues that it needs to work on. I had to travel from Georgia to Florida for an appointment this time and didn't get here until late. When I got here the card on file for my worker's comp was having problems. So I stayed at the front desk for what seemed like an eternity. It was at least an hour an half. The front desk representative was nice and was trying to help. The card kept having problems.
