For started I requested accessible upon booking. The photos showed a shower chair and microwave, so I needed those things for us. When you think of accessible it’s a walk in shower or shower chair or something and it wasn’t one. Only resolution was that housekeeping can bring one tomorrow when check out was tomorrow. We can bring a microwave tomorrow yet we got to eat today. Remind you the room was on the 2nd at the very end of the hallway at 235. This hotel was very nice!!! Service great, rooms great. There were two concerns. The bugs/ mosquitoes from the hotel being on the lake, and the other issue was when I booked my two rooms they told me I would receive complimentary cots. That didn't happen, they wanted to charge me $50 each for them so I did without. The hotel stay overall was very nice, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Shares entrance with a Meijer so if you forgot anything or need a late night snack...! Very close to food and easy on/off freeway access. Very nice breakfast, the only thing I had any issue with was the TV but that was probably me...
Stay was 6/11-6/14. Very clean and the staff was great. However the restaurant / bar at the location was not open. The pool was closed and I had the worst noise coming from my ac unit the 1st night. I have an audio but can't attach. They came and fixed the next morning. Also none of the outside power outlets were working.
