Typical Hyatt place with good housekeeping and cleaning standards. You might want to bring ear plugs for the nearby train track and the noisy room AC/heater. Standard breakfast with awful coffee (they sell decent coffee as an extra). Walking distance to downtown. Obnoxious parking fees.
Everything about this place was great! The service was wonderful during check in and check out as was the gal helping with breakfast. Our room was clean and perfect for our family. We also enjoyed the pool, which was a nice addition to our stay. The breakfast was delicious both mornings, with plenty of options for all. The location is perfect too. Yes, parking does cost, but they're up front about it on their website and at checkin. Yes, the breakfast *can* cost, but if you become a world of hyatt member it should be free. K... read more
This hotel is located in a very central area in Flagstaff, close to restaurants, the city center, and shopping! The front desk staff was very attentive and friendly!
