Habitaciones amplias, limpias, camas cómodas, el desayuno excelente, y la persona que estaba en el comedor muy amable 10/10. Las personas de la recepción nos atendieron 2 nada amables y por la noche un chico muy amable, el costo me lo cambiaron de $119 a $132 no sé el motivo, pero estuvimos muy a gusto, fueron 2 habitaciones para mí y mi familia, si volvemos!
After a harrowing evening of mixups, Hyatt Place was our oasis. If not for Aime, I was about to give up on hotels. Her smile, prompt professionalism and enpathetic warmth almost made up for all the hell wed just been through with another hotel. Thank you Aime!!!
