Excellent service from Amaray. Such a sweet girl after a long drive. Great rooms. The best breakfast!! This hotel has made me loyal to only Hyatt now.

I stayed here in El Paso from 8/26 to 9/5/26, and the service was truly exceptional. While the room was comfortable and the location was convenient, what made this stay unforgettable was the staff. From my very first phone call to the property—before I had even arrived—the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. stay at the marriott or hilton. the incompetence is unparalleled here. motion censored a/c units, inefficient breakfast area, and weird, rude staff. i will never stay here again.

Enjoy the roar of the interstate ALL NIGHT LONG the walls are so thin you can hear dogs barking in neighboring room, and the busy interstate all night... The AC rattles like CRAZY when it's on... When you arrive at 3:30 PM and your room is a balmy 74° and you turn it down to 69° or 70° and decide to go to town to eat and shop while the room cools down IT WON' T HAPPEN...
