Been waiting for the shuttle for 30min and it's still nor here
This place took great care of us. We came back from Longview and was able to take the car rental back the night before. They picked us up there and then took us to the airport. We had lots of luggage, so it made it much simpler especially with my 80 year old mother. The place was clean and cool.
Everyone was very friendly and professional, great service by the shuttle drivers and front desk. Super clean and quiet, good breakfast.
Pleasantly surprised by how this hotel serves its purpose as a layover during flight disruptions. Shuttle service works; called the hotel to request one and it came within 10 min. Recognized my Discoverist status and perks. Offered me a grab & go breakfast at 330am and shuttled me promptly back to the terminal. Service was pleasant and friendly all around.
