Stay anywhere else. Booking here is a nightmare. My company booked this hotel and paid in full at the time of booking for a new employee for three nights and every day she was there, she was charged for new charges. By the last day at checkout, they had charged her for a full separate booking. Front desk is unhelpful, rude, and seem to have no idea how to do their jobs. Not worth the hassle for a dated, 3 start hotel.
Had some issues with the room... they offered a better cleaner room . Maintenance and staff were amazing. Breakfast staff did an excellent job . Great location.. Spacious rooms.. outdated... don't expect a 5 star room. Beds were comfortable.
Nice room but a necklace got forgotten on counter and they “couldn’t “ find it. We knew 100% on the counter so obviously someone took it after check out, jokes on them the diamond was fake 🤣
good location close to shopping, food, and transportation. nice spacious rooms. a little on the shabby side for a Hyatt. but they said the new owners are renovating. breakfast was better than average.
