Okay so I have stayed at Hyatt House in Rochester and that place was amazing. This Hyatt Place is pretty gross in comparison. The lobby and breakfast are honestly the nicest thing about this place. When we got to the room the floors just didn’t seem clean, the shower and toilet were barely wiped down. We found about 5 flies behind our window curtain and the sheet had a weird black stain on it. The fridge was freezing at the top and barely cold at the bottom. The elevator button for floor 6 did not work unless you pressed it ... read more
Dirty!!!! And they overcharge‼️
Nice hotel, friendly staff, and decent breakfast service. Check out is later than most hotels at 12 which I can definitely appreciate! Only complaint is I wish the bathrooms had a mirror inside them, so you can freshen up in private if you like! However the room was nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay
