The location is great breakfast excellent rooms very nice. However, the individuals representing the hotel at the front desk are extremely unprofessional. They are not properly dressed & they didn’t seem to have name tags typically, One of them was particularly rude this morning after we asked for our bill to be printed since it could not be viewed online. Hyatt should have a much higher standard.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked this hotel for around $100/night, but I ended up being really pleasantly surprised. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-kept, and our room was comfortable and in great condition. The bed was cozy, and even the fold-out couch was better than expected—rare for hotel sofa beds! This was the nicest hotel we stayed in on our last night in Colorado. We got a room on the upper floors facing the mountains. Disappointingly, the windows were filthy and marred the view. The walls were kind of thin and we could hear the snores of the guy next door. There's a sign on the front desk that said the parking was $15 a night, but I don't think we were ever charged.
