General Manager John Acevedo was extremely disrespectful and verbally abusive toward me while I was trying to dispute what I believe to be a fraudulent charge. Instead of assisting me professionally, I was treated poorly and dismissed.
A very comfortable and well-maintained stay. The small details, from the fresh scent to the quality amenities, really made a difference! The room: The room smelled fresh the moment I stepped inside. It features a nice sofa area where you can relax and watch TV. The channel selection is solid if you want to spend the evening in. I also really appreciated the high-quality hair dryer, which is a great touch. The breakfast: It was also a highlight; I really liked the quiche with egg, cheese, and spinach.
The staff was great, the breakfast was good, the rooms were nice and well taken care of.
