We arrived around 9:00 PM on Saturday evening and found no one at the front desk, despite lots of guests hanging around the lobby area. After waiting a few minutes, another guest notified the bartender across the room that customers were waiting to check in. Staff was helpful and friendly Room is spacious but the smell is bad. Small bathroom and dim light in there. Mirror is tilted. Air con is near the floor and next to the bed, making it very uncomfortably cold and windy so we have to turn it to lower.

Room was disgusting. The carpet was wet from the AC. The whole carpet felt sticky, and bathroom was moldy. Could not lock the restroom door. The box spring of the mattress was gray/black. The sofa bed was very bad when you lay, you fell right in. The TV was not programmed at all. The staff was very nice and courteous. i would expect more for a HYATT hotel overall will not be staying again.

There is not much room to move about with other people in the room. The mini fridge was not cold. The toilet and shower area is SUPER small. The breakfast area was small and not enough seats. Will not be back.
