Location is very quiet and a little hidden. Place was clean. Staff was friendly and professional (front desk, breakfast attendant, house keeping). Also breakfast was nice. There was a nice selection. Hope to visit once again!
We had a short stay while our house underwent repairs. It was a nice hotel, but the real star was Tallmedge! His customer service was EXCELLENT! He went above and beyond. Not just for me, but for other guests as well. I was in the lobby doing some work on my laptop and listened to his interactions with everyone who was checking in. He was so kind and engaging. Such a service minded young man! Kudos to whomever made that hiring decisions!!
It is a good place, and it is a great location. The beds need to be bigger. The double beds can only fit one comfortably. That needs to be on the website.
Smelly, soiled, slow. Sighhh. 😢
