The room was very nice but the tv didn't work and there was zero hot water. No matter how long I ran the tap on the sink or the shower we got only cold. The bedding was clean but still had a residual body odor smell, Im assuming they use little to no detergent to clean. The lobby and hall ways are extremely hot. The AC was broken we were told.
