This is my first time visiting Dallas, TX, and I am so glad that I chose to stay at Hyatt Place. The rooms are perfectly spacious, everything thing is clean, the hotel is well designed and welcoming, and the staff that I have interacted with were very kind. Amanda at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. The manager, Kamere, was kind and accommodating. The service from the front desk is lacking. When I arrived they were just like what do you want? There was an overall smell to the building. Like a slight sewer smell. It's not a bad place but there are definitely better places. The lobby looked nice, room was okay.

I don't remember the name of the person who checked me in, but he was great and welcoming. Everything went great with my stay. All towels were clean, room cleaning was good. The staff were good, and the breakfast was good - all as it has to be in a Hyatt. All good, 5-star, can recommend. Good location, big parking lot. If you need to commute to Dallas, it's a great choice. Price-to-value is high.

Weak. Cons: -ceiling in lobby was LEAKING. -they don’t clean your rooms. Lazy and cheap! You can request it. They didn’t listen to our request. -sink didn’t drain properly. -shower water pressure weak. -shower actually just stopped flowing mid-shower one morning. That was soapy fun. -TV remote didn’t work. -bed uncomfortable, but not terrible. Pros -AC worked well -2/3 staff members were nice (1 was not nice) -breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast -room was large
