They have gone downhill big time from few years ago. Customer service was biggest deal. They will clean room every days now.
We have stayed at Hyatt Place Dallas/Allen several times before and have had good experiences, which made this recent stay especially disappointing. This is the first Hyatt I have stayed at where EV charging was not complimentary; at other Hyatt properties I’ve visited, charging has been free for guests. We had a wonderful time here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. They are pet friendly and have potty stations outside with waste bags. The hotel is also within a 10 min drive from a lot of local restaurants and stores. Would 10/10 recommend.
