They put a $50.07 charge on my card. They can't explain why. I've called them and they said it would be taken off. It still hasn't. I had to call Hyatt and Chase to work on this. The thing is, I USED A FREE NIGHT AWARD FOR THE STAY!
Rooms were clean and nice. Close to shopping and Business areas.
Solidly 4 stars. Not the best Hyatt Place, not the worst. Does seem to be getting worse not better so check recent reviews.
Very Disappointing Stay Our stay at this Hyatt location was extremely disappointing, especially considering the area and the expectations we had for the brand. During our stay, management accused us of smoking in the room. The smell that housekeeping noticed was from a candle we had, not cigarette smoke. Despite this, we were charged a $250 smoking fee, with management claiming they personally verified the smell. This statement is simply not true.
