This is an average hotel for family travel. Kids will enjoy the outside pool during summer. The free breakfast appears to be the same everyday. Hyatt member enjoys 2 free bottles of water. The room is a little deteriorating, the room floor was clean but the bathroom floor was not. The shower water can easily go through both openings of the shower curtain if not careful. If you’re posting this as a public review, I would tighten it slightly for readability and impact while keeping the facts clear: The worst hotel experience I have ever had. I checked in on a Saturday night and was already running late for an event. I quickly changed clothes and left. When I returned around 4:00 AM, I went to take a shower and discovered actual feces on the shower curtain. Toilet ran all night...... all night.....all night long. As well as the light over the mirror didn't come on all the way. Couldn't do makeup, hair etc. Made a good night light though!
Staff: 5/5 -- Both management and Front Desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Seem to care a lot about the Hotel experience. I've seen them go above and beyond to try and improve someone's stay. Rooms: 5/5 -- No issues with my room. All appliances and features work as expected. I have a dog staying with me - room is plenty big enough to accommodate us both.
