Everything was great!! We were in room 220 and it was clean! All the staffs were great! Especially the breakfast lady and the shuttle driver!!

Great time at this Hyatt on a long stay (16 nights!). It was very quiet (even on the ground floor), the staff was fantastic, kind, and always welcoming. The manager always treated the staff very well and they all seemed very happy. The room was very clean. We felt safe in the area, often taking long walks around the business park. We never felt worried about leaving the car in the parking lot. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport/Billy Graham Parkway. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Don't stay here if you are betting on an airport shuttle. After a day of delayed flights, I booked this hotel so I could get a few hours of sleep since I missed my connecting flight. It was after midnight, and I was told the shuttle doesn't run after midnight. Got an Uber to the hotel. Reserved shuttle for 630 this morning because the 7-8 slot was full. I stayed for the Blues Alright tour on yesterday and I feel like they gave all the artist the good rooms. The first room I was put in 219 smelled bad and the blinds fell out the window so I called and they sent maintenance to fix it but I asked to change rooms then they change my room to 220 I got in that room and starting eating and omg it had a bug crawling and I bout passed out so I called again then they changed me to the 6th floor and when I got in that room the air did not work I even had a friend come and try and fix ... read more
