We came down to Virginia for three day spring break. The hotel was very clean. The room was a good size adequately supplied. The staff was very courteous and friendly and definitely accommodated us. Breakfast included was a big plus their breakfast. Dining area is nice and spacious. The selection was also decent. No noise. it’s in a great area very commutable to most of the attractions. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. This morning, hotel staff repeatedly knocked on my door, me and my family still in sleep, she been knocked for about 3 minutes, I’m way too tired to respond and I just heard someone used a card key to enter my room. This happened TWICE. The first time was already shocking, but the second time made it clear that this is not an isolated mistake but a serious management issue. I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a decent option, especially for those planning to visit Washington, D.C., due to its convenient location. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with multiple mirrors and a comfortable, large sofa that added to the overall comfort.
