I was booked for the night of the 28th of September, and unfortunately I had a family member experience extreme difficulty, and she asked me to please not go to the hotel, and stay with her instead at her home. Great place to stay if going to the Football Hall of Fame. Close by. Great staff and service.
So far this place has been a huge disappointment. Things started badly right from the start, on the way to my room (top floor all the way down the hall in a differently-abled equipted room I didn't ask for -- and really, on the FOURTH floor?) I had jump over wire cables and squeeze past some maintenance guy on a ladder, right in the middle of the hall. I did have one of those luggage carts with me so this was kind of a difficult task.
