It's a nice place. Close to a lot of shopping,food and the football hall of fame. I liked the free breakfast, unfortunately my wife did not.
Staff is very friendly, Andrea did a great job cleaning our room. Room was very clean and nice.
We had a wonderful stay here while we were in town for a wedding. They offered a free shuttle service to and from the airport which was a really nice perk. Our shuttle bus driver was the BEST. Seriously we’d come back just to catch up with him. Room was nice and clean & even had an air purifier. Staff was friendly, helpful and always smiling. After hours front desk staff was rude and improperly trained. Instead of rectifying the situation directly with the customer, management chose to use my experience as a training opportunity for staff.
