Really polite staff. Room was great; both the bed and pillows were superb. So much so, my Wife found that you can buy the pillows direct from Hyatt.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. Last night, I waited from 12:00 AM until 1:00 AM to check in. I almost fell asleep on the sofa at the front desk. Finally, it was my turn to check in. The room was very nice and spacious, but neither of the two table lamps not working. I wanted to extend my stay for two more days, so this morning I called the front desk and waited for 20 minutes without anyone answering.
