I like to stay here when I’m overnighting between home and Mexico. The rooms are very comfortable, reasonably priced and clean. The food in The Placery restaurant is delicious and the staff are great. In particular on this visit, Azid was a great server, welcoming, attentive, accommodating and overall a shining example of great customer service. Ashley at the front desk was also lovely. The shuttle drivers were also great. A relaxing start to my holiday.
One of they're driver is very rude and doesn't know how to park in his bay, he always take up bays for other companies
I booked this hotel due its proximty to the airport. It was quiet, clean, spacious. Check in receptionist Ayla was friendly and helpful, the on site restaurant was convenient, food was tasty, and our server Asim was remarkable. Ibrahim and Ram were kind and professional as well during check out. I was impressed by the quality of staff. Rooms were comfortable but lacked small touches like complimentary water bottles and coffee and coffee machine were low quality.
