Hate to say it, but we had a strikingly poor experience with the hotel staff. Dismissive, rude, and unapologetic. Do not recommend, the Marriott options on Canyon are a far better choice.
I got wrongfully charged for a room when I was told I wouldn’t get charged. I have yet to get that matter taken care of. I felt uncomfortable as there are a lot of homeless around the building, one man was sleeping on the ground right in the middle of the parking garage.
We had an excellent stay! The hotel was amazing, breakfast was awesome, and the trail system around Boulder that leaves less than a block from the hotel is beautiful. Shout out to Dominique who was very kind and provided fantastic customer service.
The hotel's location is prime for getting where you need to go in Boulder. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. A quick car ride will land you downtown. Room was clean and spacious. Parking was easy, plenty of spaces to park in the garage or street parking. Pool and hot tub looked nice. Gym had a decent amount of cardio equipment. Breakfast was decent. Service is efficient but not the friendliest.
my bartender patrick was impeccable. he was quick with the drinks and kept my glass full, also very funny and nice. would recommend
