I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked the room online for $154, but when I arrived, I was told there would be an additional $100 pet fee for my dog for ONE night — even though she is a registered ESA. On top of that, the final total somehow came out to $357 for a one-night stay, and no one could clearly explain the breakdown or why the charges were so high.
