The hotel is on the older side, but the only thing that was a bit run down was the pool. Lots of broken bits of rocks on the bottom that had fallen off the deck. Our room was huge and very nice. Good breakfast, safe and convenient to the mall, but not close to downtown if you want to walk. I wish they had a water bottle filling station and the ice maker was broken on our floor.

I stayed here recently in order to keep my Hyatt rewards account current. I highly recommend this property if you need a good hotel in Boise, that is also reasonably priced. It’s in a great location near various shopping and dining options. Parking is plentiful, and the staff is helpful.

It was a wonderful stay, location was perfect, the rooms were spacious for a family of 4. Breakfast was good too only it needed more varieties of hot food. The staff made sure to keep up on augmenting supplies as the morning went. She was on top of the hot beverage area as well. The only thing that would make it a perfect experience was for the pool to be of working order. We were looking forward to it as it was sweltering hot that memorial weekend. My mom booked around 8 pm on a road trip 6/22/2026. She went to check in around 1-2 am, desperate for sleep. Front desk blamed it on “system issues” (that they apparently regularly have??) and “overbooking.” And she’s turned away. Is a phone not available to use to contact people for overbooked rooms? Or was it simply late and they assumed she wasn’t going to show up, then gave the room to someone else? Who knows.
