Update. The lady at breakfast was amazing. Cheerful, full of life. She brought it up significantly. The below problems didn’t change, but she was really good…At check in, the staff could not print key cards. They said we needed to wait to check in. I sat in the lobby for almost an hour with all our luggage. I observed a few others looking like they were checking in. I went back up to question the person at the front desk. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times now and it is my preferred hotel when I come in to town for business. It is clean, has good service, conveniently located for me, and great amenities: gym, pool, hot tub, bar, food, and includes breakfast with a good variety of options. Plus they always have Cholula for my eggs and tajin for my fruit in the breakfast room. My latest visit I received above par service from Aspyn at the front desk.
