This was a first for me and extremely disappointing situation. I am traveling with my elderly parents and we booked a night at the Hyatt. We checked in and got our keys, then went to get our luggage. As we were bringing our luggage in we were greeted with the man that check is in telling us he was so sorry but they overbooked and we can’t acutely give us our room. The room was amazing and the front dest team is so very curtious and helpful. The manager on the other hand can brush up a little with customer service with a smile. Overall, I absolutely recommend and will stay here every time we pass through. I recommend the suite rooms.
