Love the hotel! Great location.
Nothing but good things to say, walking distance to great food. Live music and ice cream at the choc moose. Our room was clean, and staff was very polite and helpful for our anniversary getaway. Free breakfast was included and I was impressed by all the options.
I am beyond upset! Worst experience ever I had a reservation for today. They could not find it had me wait for hours outside. Then they cancelled my reservation! Within 5 minutes they said it was rebooked and no more rooms were available. Worst experience ever. Manager was not helpful at all. Front desk wouldn’t help me. Only their shuttle helped take me to the next hotel to find a room. I’m beyond disappointed. Will never book again.
Showed up at 7 pm after having a reservation for months and they told us our room was dirty, and that it would be another hour before it was ready. It’s been over an hour and a half and we’re still waiting! When asking how much longer it would be the young man behind the desk said “what do you want us to do?” In a sarcastic tone. The manager is also down chatting it up behind the bar while rooms remain unclean. Would NOT recommend. The way they handled this situation was poor—you can tell they do not care.
Jeremy had amazing service and attitude. Truly a top tier worker and made this stay the most enjoyable!
