Great place for a visit to VA Tech! Nice hotel and great staff.
wonderful place to stay but the customer service was terrible. i forgot my keys, talked to Matt multiple times who said was going to ship them ASAP. it’s been three days and my keys are still in the hotel. turns out he never left the note he said he would. despite telling them how i needed my keys due to the storm coming soon, i haven’t gotten them still. i’ll update on how long it takes to get them, but this experience has been very frustrating.
