Room is in need of renovation. No remote for tv. Dripping noise from bathroom. Not cleaned well.lots of road noise.
Great location. Very close to riverchase mall and easy access to parking. Rooms were a little out of date but clean and very spacious. Employees were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was disappointing even for a hotel, not much variety or options opposed to other hotels in this price range. Overall satisfied but would choose other hotels in the area that are similarly priced
DO NOT STAY HERE!! RUDE! NOT HELPFUL! told a family of 5 they didn't have a room and to find somewhere else to sleep even though we booked this room MONTHS in advance. 3 Weeks later still not refund. Reported to BBB
BEWARE!!! This hotel didn't have a room for our planned stay. It was unstaffed, the front desk was rude, and they didn't even have a room available for us and left a family of 5 on the street! don't. don't. don't stay here!
The absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Wouldn't expect this from Hyatt nor Hoover. The air conditioner cover was a safety hazard because it kept randomly falling off, the bathroom was disgusting. The bathtub was on a slant and was a very slippery hazard as well. The carpet was disgustingly grimy, and there was a soapy film on the tile if it got water on it. I will NEVER stay at Hyatt again. This was room #408
