Absolutely disgusting. Do NOT ever stay here it is not clean and outdated. Everything is torn up and gross.
We are very disappointed with my recent stay here. I travelled for my kid’s skate competition. The room was not cleaned as hairs in the bathroom, dirty floor, and we even see bug on the floor. I tried to find someone at the front desk and did not see anyone. I tried text back via the number they texted me and never heard back.
Rooms are pretty dated and beat up. My desk was wobbly. Shower had good pressure, but head showed corrosion and some black spots in the grout. AC is the old unit under the window. Wouldn’t kick off when it achieved desired temp. Had to turn it totally off to sleep. Staff was super nice and efficient.
We checked in and our room was not clean. Trash was not emptied, towels used, sink had a cleaning rag still on the counter. We asked front desk to have housekeeping reclean our room, but when we returned, only rag was taken, trash was still full. Rooms need to be desperately renovated at this price point.
