If you’re just looking for somewhere safe to rest nothing fancy this is your hotel. Beds are comfortable. The hotel room was nice just needs some renovations. The staff were friendly, and I tried to check in early and one of the members even went above and beyond as to contact me and let me know when the first available room was ready. Lastly, Don’t expect much for breakfast I think all they had was eggs, bread, Cheerios and something to drink not much.No meat . We just finished a 3 night stay. The best part of the whole experience was how nice the front desk staff was and how much space was in the room. The sad part was how many times she had to apologize and say I’m sorry. Upon checkin to our room parts of the ceiling had fallen and were in the middle of the floor. I called down and was told maintenance would be up. They never came. My husband finally just cleaned it up the best he could. I can't comprehend how this still has the Hyatt name, We stayed here two years ago with a questionable experience. We hoped it was a one off experience. This time around is even worse, mold and mildew smells and stains everywhere. Only one employee doing his best to keep everyone happy. At least the the bar was open two years ago, we ended up going over to the embassy next door for dinner and drinks.... last time staying here, avoid if at all posilsible.
