My buddies and I always stay here for Homecoming. The staff is always great even for such a busy weekend. The general manager was very helpful. Congrats to her and her staff.

Stayed at several Hyatt Place over the last 8 years. Baton Rouge was a far cry from others. Room was missing console under TV. TV did not swivel making it difficult to watch. No carpet at all which is not standard. Desk lamp was missing. Room was grungy in appearance with exposed wires under TV and filthy socket plug next to bed . Just not up to usual standards at all. In town for family get together so location was good, but failed on other aspects. Would not return

Went the night we got married for a night out, lobby spelt amazing, room was spotless, quiet, spacious. everything was up to date and we had no problems with the room or anything else. Only giving 4 stars because breakfast wasn’t that great. Would definitely recommend staying here, just go to Waffle House for breakfast ;)
