Stayed here a few nights to visit family before heading back to Dallas. PLEASE AVOID! My car and several others were broken into overnight! No word from staff or anyone, I went to notify the older lady at the front after she had been missing for some time and she was clueless! Me and my wife had to call the local police, we left immediately after filing a police report. Also pictures do not match the hotel, this hotel is very out of date, and has a rancid sewage smell! Traveling with 2 kids, we booked 2 queen bed suite with a sofa bed directly from Hyatt.com, there is no third party for mis communication. Anyway, we arrived late around midnight, found out “there is a glitch in the system, we are overbooked, I just got to work at 11, let me see what we can do”. Half hour later, got a standard king size room. It was too late, we did not have energy to go to another hotel. There was not enough plugs for your phones. The water pressure in the shower was low.
Place was very conveniently located. Room was great for our short stay. Breakfast was excellent and lots of choices. Que at the front desk was very nice and helpful! Great little stop.
