Un verdadero desastre. En 23 días hemos estado en más de 10 Hyatt Place alrededor de USA en nuestro Tour, y este ha sido el peor. Ha sido una gran decepción: - Al llegar, la mujer no te habla, no te explica nada del hotel. - Nos dio la habitación de la planta baja para minusválidos. No somos minusválidos. - Faltaban muebles en la habitación. We had an excellent one night stay at this Hyatt Place. Location is great and across from a mall with many good dining choices. We were greeted by a super friendly front desk and given the room we requested. We were extremely happy with the location of the room. It was comfortable and I believe recently renovated. This was a perfect stay for our travels from Texas to Florida! Great service and super clean. I don’t understand all of the negative reviews. Our experience was excellent and we will be back!
