Clean rooms. Nice layout. The food at the restaurant was very good.
I stay at Hyatt Place Augusta frequently, and once again, everything was wonderful! The hotel is always a great experience, but I especially want to recognize Mr. Sharon and Alexis for their outstanding customer service. This hotel is not bad! Wish they had free cookies in the lobby!
I wouldn’t come back again. Pool isn’t available and no notice when I booked 3 months ago. I expected daily housekeeping without calling the front desk each day. I wasn’t told I needed to call daily when I checked in so I ended up having a room without housekeeping for 3 days. No safe box in room. No usb jack. Room door jam with new paint. Sliding Bathroom door is hard to lock. Noisy renovation during the day.
