Shae who works are the front desk was wonderful. She came to the room and helped up get the TV up and running I couldn't have done without her. I give SHAE 10 stars not 5. Shae will be an RN soon I wish her her the best she will be a great nurse. I know what It takes to be a great nurse I was the IV hospital rep for 33 yrs and have dealt with all kinds of helthcare professional from those who are great to those who don't care about patients or patient outcomes at all. I had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Place in Ann Arbor! Beautiful property, lovely staff as well. I met a front desk agent by the name of Kay! She was so kind, knowledgeable, caring, and funny! She welcomed us with open arms as if she was welcoming us into her home! Very pleasant young lady and we will be back! Thank you!!
