I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Place Albuquerque/Uptown. The manager was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. She took the time to help me with everything I needed and made the whole experience so much easier. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and professionalism. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again!
Hotel was ok.. my biggest problem was the shower was horrible. The shower had 3 settings high pressure needles, or 2 other low pressure settings that barely dribbled out it seemed like. I would basically have to stand against the wall to get under the water.
We stay here every chance we can when traveling across the country. The 3 star rating should be 4+. We are never disappointed with the room, room amenities, cleanliness, location, staff and security. Plenty of free parking is available. The location is by everything and in an upscale neighborhood.
