Two elevators but one is broken. During busier hours, it is inefficient. In the morning, people will be rolling in carts, excessive items, and bringing their pets to fight in one elevator. Expect a lot of wait time. The employees here are very kind. I was informed that one elevator is constantly broken. Management is an issue
The service here is excellent. Pralay was very friendly, courteous, kind, and informative. Made free breakfast service amazing. The front desk Olivier was very kind and listened when we had issues with the toilet pressure on flushing, had maintenance sent up. 5 stars for service. The rooms could use an update the showers are a little out of date and the spring pull out bed could be more comfortable.
Elevator broken for over a week. Made up room daily although I requested them not to. Beds not comfortable
It was good overall. I didn't have any complaints, and the breakfast was good too.
