We are having the best service, and stay we've had in a long time. Everyone has genuinely warm and friendly, especially Donna! We super appreciate the clean rooms and that its pet friendly! Wonderful value for the stay.

Great customer service, room was nice and cool but AC uses the motion sensor nonsense which cuts off in the middle of the night. The cooling is good but the heater started to burn something inside the unit which triggered a short alarm so heater wasn’t usable. Overall the hotel and room did the job for my short universal trip.

Very clean, super sweet staff, room was beyond my expectation! The beds were VERY comfortable, breakfast buffet was tasty, shuttle to Universal was convenient. Thanks for a great stay!

This was the lowest cost we could find and it was right next to the park. I thought the experience would be equivalent to what we paid, but we were blown away by how well managed this place is. The staff is friendly and eager to make sure you have the absolute best experience.
