I am so livid right now!!!! I got a gel mani and pedi today with French tips for my mani and it’s only been 5 hours and the gel is peeling off!!! The worse part is, I have a flight early in the morning so I can’t go back to get it fixed. I paid $110 plus $20 tip for this nonsense. I will NEVER go back there, NEVER!!!!!!!

My daughter and I love this place! I switched from Majestic Nail Longe because they were not doing my nails well (shellac was coming off after 1-2 days, nails misshaped/jagged, rushing me to pick a color, limited colors available, rude staff). I’ve been to Hyatt Nail Bar several times already and the staff have been very friendly and do a really good job our nails. They have a huge color selection. Customer service is 10/10!

This was my first time coming here very relaxed setting, I was a walk in. They seen me right away. The young lady that works on my nails was very sweet. They made by tequila sunrise so good.
