Great stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent service.
I had a relaxing stay at the Hyatt House White Plains while visitingSUNY Purchasefor an audition with my daughter. My room was spacious, clean, cozy and peaceful. It had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. This is our go to hotel when visiting Purchase in the future.
Great breakfast but shady business practices. Had a 30 day reservation and a 1 day reservation that got added on. On check in they combined it and recalculated the rate. Definitely shady stuff going on with the billing practices at this hotel
