I was supposed to be staying for a wedding (part of which will be happening on their property). Just a few short weeks before the wedding they cancelled my reservation due to a “group buyout” and are ignoring my calls and emails despite numerous follow ups and the groom calling them himself. I am sitting in the lobby in the middle of the night because the room is so gross I cannot sleep. I have never seen/smelled a hotel room like this one. There were no towels in the room. Dirt and mold everywhere. Banging and screaming coming from all sides. They are apparently sold out so another room is not an option. The lobby is packed with people drinking their own alcohol even though there is a bar.
