3rd time staying downtown from PA. This hotel tops them all. Great staff. Beautiful hotel. Included sit down breakfast. Can't wait to come back already!
After a long travel delay and lost luggage, checking in was the first thing that went right all day, strictly thanks to Ann Marie at the front desk. She checked me in seamlessly, gave me to a quiet room so I could rest before an early meeting, and immediately had a steamer sent up for my wrinkled backup suit. Her warmth, quick problem-solving, and genuine empathy completely turned a stressful night around. Ann Marie is a total credit to this Hyatt. Exceptional, thoughtful service from start to finish!
I stay at this hotel often and always enjoy my time here. A special mention to Sonia at Corazon Restaurant, she was so attentive, welcoming, and kind, and really makes the experience even better. Wonderful service every time!
