When I arrived and checked in, no one informed me that the hotel was overbooked or that the room I had reserved was unavailable. Instead, I was given a completely different room without any explanation. It wasn’t until I got upstairs and entered the room that I realized I had not received the room I specifically booked. We stayed here 1 night visiting a family. We arrived early morning and was allowed to do a 2pm late check out. Lobby was spotless and clean. Front desk some are friendly and helpful others are not. Breakfast free with your stay. Continental breakfast coffee included and milk. Valet parking only $45 . Carpet in rooms and hall need to be washed and cleaned. Location is great and center to everything. We took the teeco train about 10 minute walk from the hotel. Ok for short stay.
