Unfortunately, Hyatt Sterling Place was a BIG disappointment. Starting with the unprofessional staff who have no knowledge about the hotel. Also, the carpeted floors were filthy, and the bathtub had a ring around it that looks like it had not been cleaned for ages. The breakfast was recycled and not pleasant to the taste. The hotell absolutely did not live up to the Brand Hyatt. My first and absolutely my last time. Disappointed!

Been visiting VA for a friend's baby shower and had to stay here. Very convenientocatuon near to IAD airport. Complimentary shuttle service to drop-off to IAD airport. Good food options for breakfast. Rooms are good near and well maintained.
