The hotel was very clean and spacious, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. However, I couldn’t connect to Netflix. The TV’s Netflix connection/setup process needs to be updated to a more modern system.

Decent hotel, but crappy service. We had ants in the kitchen area (counter and floor) in our room and after requesting room service several times, we finally got service on the 3rd or 4th day. The refrigerator in our room had a bad seal that kept the fridge from closing properly, and maintenance had to come “fix” it, but it never really fixed anything because we had to keep pushing the seal in so it would close. Concerning experience. Decent enough hotel, but the staff is kinda rude, indifferent and not empathetic. I had booked a two day stay. Used my 4pm late checkout as I was not feeling well, at 330pm I booked another night in the app to stay another night over. At 443pm front desk frantically calls me to leave the room because of a discrepancy in room types (I was upgraded initially but had booked standard) and I had to leave the room ASAP. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly fine during our first two nights. Unfortunately, the customer service on the third day was bad enough that I would not stay here again. We were only trying to extend our stay for one more night because we had a late flight. I started trying to book online before our 12:30 checkout, but the Hyatt website kept failing.
