I recently stayed at Hyatt and overall had a very good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything during my stay went smoothly. My only small suggestion would be for the hotel to have phone charging cables available for guests who may forget theirs. Even having a code-based vending option or complimentary chargers at the front desk would be very convenient and appreciated. Other than that, everything was great, and I would happily stay here again!

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE STAYING HERE! I stayed at the Hyatt House on the evening of January 19, 2026. I checked in alone because I was catching a flight early back to the east coast in the morning. I got to my room, watched something on my laptop and went to bed. I checked out and everything was fine. A week later, I look at my bank statement and I see that there is a charge from the hotel for $1087.50 (!!!!!!!!). I was shocked and immediately called the hotel. We did not hear the plane noise when we stay at room. We came back here again. There is a 'newly renovated' smell in the room

Good, clean hotel with free parking (and sometimes breakfast). This would have been 5 stars, but I happen to arrive early in the afternoon (1:30pm) and my room was apparently ready, but they would have to charge me $25 for early check-in? Ridiculous! I've have status on Bonvoy and have never even heard of this charge. I have checked in various hotels as early as 11am (Bonvoy) and never got charged. Also, bfast is not available for everyone? Hyatt House Sacramento is a masterclass in incompetence and leadership failure. On a two-city business trip, I stayed at a Hyatt property in San Francisco with no issue. Tap-to-pay worked fine, check-in was smooth. Sacramento was the complete opposite. I was refused the ability to check in. Then I was told if I canceled, my card would still be charged.
