I made a last minute reservation for a stay at Hyatt Place and accidentally made it for the wrong dates. It turns out they were sold out tonight, but Devon/Devin at the front desk took great care of me, got the reservation moved over to Hyatt House, and was overall a fantastic ambassador for the hotel. She should be recognized for her great service. The room itself is very comfortable, well-appointed, and clean. Thank you for your hospitality.
