Great Hyatt House connected with a Hyatt Place! Good hot breakfast, large rooms which were quiet and comfy beds.

Great room, cleanliness, and location! Will stay again.
The location is perfect—close to everything—and the rooms are clean and comfortable. However, the lobby has a strong, unpleasant odor that smells like gas or waste, and it seems like they’re trying to mask it with air freshener, which makes it worse. I suspect there may be a plumbing issue that needs urgent attention. I avoided the lobby as much as possible and skipped breakfast because of it. If this issue gets resolved, I’d rate the hotel 4 stars.
