Great hotel, they upgraded us to a room with an amazing view. Super clean breakfast was great. However, word of warning is the parking garage has some very scummy and shady practices to try and make you pay more and if there is an event it took 2 hours to get out. I tried to reach out to the parking company and they refused to do anything or communicate.

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt House in downtown New Orleans, and the experience was excellent.The room was super comfortable, clean, and well-equipped.The breakfast was delicious, and the service was impeccable. I would like to praise the front desk, especially Heloísa , Kristeen, and Sharif, who were all very attentive and helpful.We highly recommend the stay!

Comfortable clean great shower. Perfect to walk just about anywhere cool. Beds were awesome, all cottons towels. Would recommend to friends. Breakfast is great as well. Lots of fresh fruit!!

Rooms were clean and smelled sterile. The location was good, and easy to get to. The real issue was the key card and dropped balls from some staff. Key cards stopped working twice, and had to get rekeyed. Coffee was promised at 5:45am in the lobby which was perfect for our early airport departure, but they said that someone didn’t turn on the hot water. Loud buzzing sound outside the window all night.
