They kelp my 50 off my bank card I was told it was a 50 deposit for the room and it will go back on my card in 5 days just called see why it's not on my card now it's a 50 parking fee I can't believe these people why not say that at the beginning at check-in I promise I wouldn't of checked in never again
The Hyatt House was very clean. Room was spacious. Parking Garage was clean and well lit. Hotel was very secure, made you present your key to get everywhere on the floors. The free breakfast was very delicious, lots of options. The only con was the location. It is basically one block off a well traveled area. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the Honky Tonk Row of bars and Country Music tourist attractions. However, the first block is sketchy with homeless people. It would be fine for a group of people.
