Booked and prepaid couple months prior to arrival. And found the nightly rate to be almost $50 lower. I stay in hotels over 100 nights a year for over twenty years. This is a very first time experience. So I called Hyatt Customer Service to see what they would do to make it right. To say I was treated rudely is a mild understatement. They do not care. They do not have to. They are Hyatt. Bad. Bad Customer. Buyer beware.
Service, hospital, breakfast, and bed were all exceptionally pleasant. I'll be recommending this spot to others during the holiday stays. Thanks!
Clean and comfortable. Had the best sleep on the Alcan highway!
The rooms are nice but the bedroom door locks every time the door is shut so dont close it if you're not in the room. The pool is tiny so if you bring kids they will not enjoy it. Breakfast was great!
dingy, and floors are very creaky-- good luck sleeping if anyone is staying one floor up from your room. curly hairs stuck in the "clean" towels. location is ok, and service was unremarkable.
