Upon arrival the staff was friendly and the room was beautiful and appeared clean. I didn't know anything was wrong until the next morning when my husband finally told me when I couldn't fly off the handle that my 9yr old daughter found a sex toy under the pillow on one of the beds. If I had known I would have demanded a new room as that shows me the beds were not changed between guests. My husband reported it at checkout and sent them the picture we took of it before we left. I stayed here in 2016 and was surprised by how much the quality has declined since then. The hotel feels dated and not as well maintained as before. I specifically chose the Hyatt House for the hot tub, but it was freezing due to a pipe burst. I even called the front desk beforehand to confirm it was working, and they assured me it was—so that was disappointing after bringing my family down. Rooms are large and clean. Service very good and friendly. We enjoyed breakfast selection and omlet stand with Chef.

We stayed in this place for a church conference, they gave us a room (115) next to a boiler! Not able to sleep through the nights! You can feel the boiler turning on and off, you can feel the vibration of the boiler while heating the water, the worst part they know about the noise and they still assign that room and due to room requirements they can’t move the bed around! Also the food is not that great and you can hear all the vehicles from the highway passing by!
