clean, great location, friendly staff.
First time staying here. Great for our get away for Valentine's Day
It is unfortunate that others had bad experiences because we had an amazing experience. We booked in for several days as we needed to be close to Ivona Fairfax hospital and it was only 2 miles away. For a 3 star hotel I was skeptical but they exceeded our expectations. From check in to check out they were friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated and could use some new carpeting but overall everything was pretty good. The beds are very hard and I did need to use my own foam mattress cover that I travel with. Booked 3 nights here and left within hours of arrival. The room was dirty, the toilet paper roll looked used and dirty, drink stains on the table and the bed was dirty as well. They were unable to offer me another room so I left to go elsewhere. I was traveling with a toddler and an infant, the parking garage is across the street on the second level and the elevator was not in service. I'm not sure why there are so many great reviews, as the elevator in the lobby was dirty among the aforementioned things in the room itself. ... read more
